Matters to be noted when reserving Circuit Bungalows
  • Officers reserving circuit bungalows must strictly adhere to the instructions stated in the approval letter and comply with all applicable rules and regulations.
  • The Nuwara Eliya circuit bungalow consists of two rooms accommodating a maximum of four persons. If accommodation is required for more than four persons, the entire bungalow must be reserved. However, the total number of occupants must not exceed ten at any given time.
  • In urgent situations involving officers of this Department, the Ministry, the Presidential Investigation Unit, or Audit Officers, the Director General of the Department of Export Agriculture reserves the right to limit the reservation period or cancel an existing reservation.
  • Before departure, the guest must record relevant details in the register, sign it, and settle all applicable charges. For official reservations, copies of duty assignment letters must be handed over to the circuit bungalow keeper.
  • Fees paid will not be refunded under any circumstances if the reservation is not utilized on the booked dates.
